- dreamscape ships worldwide! and we r based in virginia!

- pls allow about 3-4 weeks for orders to be shipped due to the pandemic and everything being made to order!

- once you order, you'll receive an email conformation number and once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number! all orders are shipped through usps.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

- hand wash cold + lay flat to dry.

- for best results, dry clean.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELATIONS

- unfortunately after an order is placed, changes to ur order or cancelations are not possible. pls review ur bag before purchasing!

PACKAGE ISSUES AFTER SHIPMENT

- after shipped, we are no longer responsible for ur order as we've done our job of preparing ur order and shipping it!
